Dr. Lisa Tabrizi, B.Sc., ND is a registered Naturopathic Doctor practising in Burlington, Ontario, with virtual care available across Ontario. She has been in practice since 2011 and has a special interest in women’s health, particularly perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, metabolic health, mood, sleep, fatigue, digestive concerns, and healthy aging.

Her approach is evidence-informed, practical, and individualized. She works with patients to understand the bigger picture of their health, interpret laboratory testing, identify contributing factors, and create realistic treatment plans that may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, supplementation, acupuncture, physical medicine, and prescription therapies when appropriate.

Dr. Lisa holds prescribing authority in Ontario and has additional training in hormone therapy. She also provides acupuncture, gynecological and physical exams, Pap tests, breast exams, ear lavages, B12 injections, and laboratory testing and interpretation.

Her goal is to help patients feel informed, confident, and actively involved in their care, with recommendations that are clear, manageable, and grounded in both evidence and clinical experience.
